What are your shipping times?

Shipping times vary depending on the product and your location. However, we strive to get all orders shipped within 2 to 4 weeks, and you will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Are your products guaranteed?

While we don't offer individual product warranties, all our products (where applicable) come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period may vary by product. Please note that clothing items are not subject to a warranty beyond the initial 30-day return policy. This is due to normal wear and tear associated with clothing.

 

Sizing Variations

 

I'm concerned about sizing. Do your clothes run true to size?

Sizing can vary between different countries. Here's a general guide to keep in mind:

Asian sizing tends to run smaller than US sizing. For example, if you typically wear a medium in US sizes, you may want to consider a large in Asian sizing.

European sizing can be like US sizing, but some European brands may run slightly larger. It's always best, when available, to check the size chart provided for each garment. We recommend carefully reviewing the size chart for each product before placing your order. The size chart will typically include measurements in inches or centimeters for key areas of the garment (e.g., chest, waist, hips, inseam). If a size chart is not available, we recommend using a measuring tape to take your own measurements and comparing them to a standard size chart. You can find many size charts online or by searching for "[clothing type] size chart."


Please note that selecting the proper size is the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot offer a credit or refund for items that do not fit due to buyer-selected sizing errors, with some limited exceptions.


These exceptions include:

Incorrect item shipped: If we ship you an item that does not match the size you ordered, we will gladly send you a replacement of the correct size at no additional cost to you.

 

Manufacturing defect: If an item you receive has a manufacturing defect that affects the sizing (e.g., a shirt with a sewn-shut sleeve), we will offer you a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
